Saskatchewan RCMP have arrested Romana Didulo, only a day after her arrest in Richmound, with her now facing at least one new charge.

Didulo and Ricky Manz were both apprehended on Thursday for failing to adhere to an undertaking condition that they not contact each other or others arrested in this investigation.

Didulo faces charges of one count of failing to comply with an undertaking condition and one count of intimidation of a justice system participant.

Manz faces similar charges with one count of failure to comply with an undertaking condition, one charge of failure to comply with a release order condition, and one count of intimidation of a justice system participant.

RCMP clarified that an undertaking condition can be applied to individuals released from custody prior to any charges being made against them. This applies to all 16 of those arrested in the initial raid of the former Richmound School compound, who were released after their initial arrests.

Manz was remanded into custody, while Didulo was not. Both are set to appear in Swift Current Provincial Court on Friday at 9:30 a.m.

Charges in relation to three others who violated their undertakings have not been sworn in yet, preventing the RCMP from sharing more details.

The investigation is still ongoing.
