Young adult ministry, Bread We Break, about to make a big change ▶️

Bread We Break is a bi-monthly worship night geared towards young adults in Manitoba. In the midst of its 13th season, the ministry is about to make a big change.

"We're going off to Calvary Temple. Grant [Memorial Church] has been phenomenal in opening their space. We are super grateful, but the reality is that we are physically outgrowing the space, which is an amazing problem to have," Abi Voth, director of Bread We Break says.

Verse of the Day: November 19

Psalm 1:1-2

Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night.

Rallying points

Exodus 40

To rally: "to muster for a common purpose...to arouse for action...to come together again to renew an effort." That's the way Webster defines the verb. He says the noun means: "a mustering of scattered forces to renew an effort; a summoning up of strength or courage."

Throughout Scripture, we encounter God's rallying points: places where His people assembled for a common purpose, for recovery and refreshment, for mustering forces and getting recharged for battle.
