FBI free over 80 children in U.S. from being sexually trafficked

The FBI, along with a few other organizations, helped rescued over 100 children in a recent American-wide operation.

Operation Cross Country XII is a project the FBI has been working on with local authorities. On Monday, they reported that the operation successfully located and brought back home 121 children across the U.S.

Lone terrorist shot and wounded 8 in Israel, including pregnant woman

A man in his 20s took a gun and started shooting people in Old Jerusalem Sunday morning, leaving eight people recovering from gunshot wounds. 

According to Bridges for Peace, the terrorist, identified as 26-year-old Amir Sidawi of east Jerusalem, first opened fire at a bus parked near the Western Wall complex.

Mary DeMuth's life is full of deep wounds. 

When she was five years old, Mary was sexually abused by a pair of neighbourhood bullies. 

"I did everything I could to try to prevent what they were doing," said Mary. "They said they would kill my parents if I told. It was just a horrible situation, but eventually, I knew I had to tell because I was probably going to lose my life."

Remains of priest removed from Quebec Mohawk community after sex abuse allegations

The remains of a priest alleged to have sexually abused children have been exhumed and removed from the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake, months after community members voted on the issue in a contentious referendum.

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawake, which governs the First Nations territory south of Montreal, said the remains of Rev. Léon Lajoie, who died in 1999, were exhumed Wednesday from St. Francis-Xavier Mission, a church in the community were Lajoie worked and was buried.
