Fiddler, Norman Robert

Fiddler, Norman Robert of Webb, Saskatchewan passed away on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at Clover House.  A celebration of life will be held at a later date.  Norman is survived by his wife Gayle Fiddler; son Lorne (Kim) Fiddler; daughter Tara (Jeff) Sagen; six grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; brother Dennis Fiddler; sister-in-law Cheryl Fiddler; nephew Darren (Lois) Fiddler; niece Nicole (Rob) Sanson and families.  He was predeceased by his parents William (Bill) and Jeanne Fiddler.

Mr. Ervin Shannon

The funeral service for Mr. Ervin Shannon of Hazlet , Saskatchewan will be taking place at 2:00 pm on Friday December 22, 2023 from the Hazlet Community Hall with Elaine Little officiating.

Following the funeral service, interment will take place at the Hazlet Cemetery.

Henry, Stanley William

Henry, Stanley William age 80 of Gull Lake Saskatchewan, passed away on December 14, 2023 at Regina General Hospital. Stan is survived by wife Cheryl Henry, sons Travis and Shane Henry and brother Bob Henry. Stan was predeceased by his father Roy Henry, mother Rosalind Henry and sister Sylvia Henry. Stan started off as a mechanic and worked for many great people such as John Frooke, Marshal Cutting and Al Nyen. He then pursued his farming passion and purchased the "Maynard" land starting his life long career of farming.

The memorial gathering for Tracey Burkey of Fort McMurray, Alberta, and formerly of Swift Current, Saskatchewan, will be held on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 from St. Stephen’s Church in the Friendship Hall from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.

Mrs. Elly Moe

Moe, Elly Ursel (Busse) born on September 2, 1930 on the farm in Hallonquist, passed away at the age of 93 in Swift Current, Saskatchewan on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at her home at Cypress House where she resided for over eight years after her husband Tillmann Earl Moe died.  At 16 years of age she moved to Swift Current and became a waitress at the Pick-A-Deli Café and within a few months became the cashier.  She met her husband while working and married on May 26, 1950.  The following year they moved to Gouldtown, Saskatchewan and operated a general store in partnership with Harry Firu

Barry Glenn McIntyre

Barry Glenn McIntyre age 54 of Eastend, Saskatchewan, passed away November 18, 2023. Barry is survived by his mom Darlene; sister Corinne and brother-in-law Paul; and his step-children Dane and Landra; his aunts and uncle, and numerous cousins, and a few close friends he considered family. He is predeceased by his father John.

Barry had a great love of the outdoors, fishing and hunting. He had a great love of all animals. He always considered Ravenscrag as his home and he loved the hills.
