Barry Glenn McIntyre

Barry Glenn McIntyre age 54 of Eastend, Saskatchewan, passed away November 18, 2023. Barry is survived by his mom Darlene; sister Corinne and brother-in-law Paul; and his step-children Dane and Landra; his aunts and uncle, and numerous cousins, and a few close friends he considered family. He is predeceased by his father John.

Barry had a great love of the outdoors, fishing and hunting. He had a great love of all animals. He always considered Ravenscrag as his home and he loved the hills.

The Memorial Service for Mr. Raymond Holtby of Gull Lake, Saskatchewan will be held on Friday, November 24, 2023 at 2:00 P.M from the Knox United Church with Rev. Ken Schrag officiating. At Ray’s request, everyone attending is asked to come in casual attire.

Linda Dianne Bennett (nee Vanderkracht) ~~ March 18th, 1949 - November 13th , 2023 It is with heavy hearts, that the family of Linda announces the passing of our dear loving Mom/Grandma. Linda was the youngest of 3, and born in Prince Albert, Sk. When she was age 2 in 1951, the family moved to Penticton, BC when her Dad was commissioned with his masonry work to help with the Landmark placement and building of the stonework for the hillside signage for Penticton itself.

Rodney Lee Lemon

It is with great sadness that the family of Rodney (Rod) Lee Lemon announces the passing of a beloved Brother, Brother-in-law, Uncle and Friend on November 9, 2023. He was born in Regina on February 3, 1958 to Grace and Wilbur Lemon, the fourth of five children. Rod grew up in Milestone and Tisdale. After graduating from Water Science Technology at Kelsey Institute in Saskatoon, Rod worked for Water Survey of Canada in Yellowknife and then for Sask Water in Kindersley and Swift Current.

The funeral service for Mr. Rodney Murphy of Neville, Saskatchewan will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. from First United Church with Rev. Annette Taylor officiating.

The service will be livestreamed for those unable to attend in person.

Mrs. Jean White

The funeral service for Mrs. Jean White of Swift Current, Saskatchewan will be taking place on Wednesday November 15, 2023 at 2:00 pm from St. Olaf Lutheran Church with Pastor Patti Sherk officiating. Following the funeral service interment will be take place at Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday November 14, 2023 from 7:00-9:00 pm at the chapel of Warren’s Funeral Home.

Elizabeth (Betty) Louise O’Brien (nee Butler)

1936 - 2023

Elizabeth (Betty) Louise O’Brien passed away peacefully on November 6, 2023, at the age of 87 due to complications of COVID, surrounded by the love of her family and caregivers at The Meadows in Swift Current, SK.

Betty was born on April 10, 1936 to Charles and Louise Butler.  She was the second of three daughters.  She met Ronald O’Brien while they were attending high school together in Biggar, SK, and were married on June 20, 1956.
