Marlis Mary Anne Periard, late of Weyburn, SK passed away on June 30, 2025 at the age of 77 years.

She was predeceased by her parents, Roy and Anne Ellingson; sisters, Dorene (Roger) Deschambault, Sandra Cleasby and Cherry Ellingson; brothers, Lyle, Rodrick and Barry Ellingson.

Irma Leona Zerbin
September 7, 1926 – June 29, 2025

Glenda Joy Gosselin Fowlow, late of Regina, SK passed away on July 1, 2025 at the age of 61 years.

She was predeceased by her parents, Eugene and Gloria Gosselin; her brother, Garth Gosselin; grandparents, Norman and Agnes Rosengren; Ed and Louella Gosselin; uncles, Graham Rosengren and Howard Rosengren.

Maureen Happy passed away peacefully at Providence Place in Moose Jaw on Sunday, June 29, 2025. Maureen was predeceased by her father, Robert O. Cherry, her mother, Hilda Cherry, and her husband Larry Happy.

Maureen, a longtime resident of Saskatoon was born June 26, 1948, in Saskatoon. She is survived by her sister Sharon and two nieces Shelley and Jerleen.

Ted Robertson of Moose Jaw passed away on June 28, 2025. He was born May 19, 1956. 

He lived in many places in his life making many friends along the way. He was always our first to call if we needed help or even just some knowledge of the many things that he did over his lifetime. He helped us build houses, fix vehicles and any other projects that we had going.

Funeral Date: July 12, 2025 
Dorothy Wiebe nee Giesbrecht, 83, of Winnipeg passed away Monday, June 30th at Health Sciences Centre. She is survived by her husband David, 1 daughter, 2 stepsisters, 2 stepbrothers, and their families. She was predeceased by 1 daughter, 1 sister, and 4 brothers. 
The funeral service for Dorothy Wiebe nee Giesbrecht will be held Saturday, July 12th at 11am at Winnipeg Evangelical Free Church, 500 Lagimodiere Boulevard, with cremation to follow.  

Carol Jean Strecker (nee Rusnak)

After a short illness, Carol Strecker passed away peacefully on February 27, 2025 with family by her side at her home at the age of 79 years.

A private interment will take place at Hillside Cemetery.  Everyone is welcome to join the family for Carol’s celebration of life on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at 313 Dufferin Ave West in Portage la Prairie from 3:00pm to 5:30pm, small lunch will be served.

Mr. Carl Maalerud passed away on Sunday, June 29, 2025. A Come & Go Celebration of Life for Carl will be held on Sunday, July 13, 2025 from 1-4 PM at the Piapot Hall, Piapot, SK.
