Wayne Wiebe

With a deep sense of sorrow and loss, our family announces the passing of Wayne Leon George Wiebe on January 3, 2025, at the age of 66.

Wayne was born on May 20, 1958, in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. He attended school at Ashley Park, O.M. Irwin, and graduated in 1976, from the Swift Current Comprehensive High School. In 1979, he married the love of his life, Lori, and they had two children, Melissa and Mitchell.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Cal on March 17, 2025.

Cal was predeceased by his beloved wife, Beth, parents, 3 brothers, sisters and daughter.

Cal was a hard worker, which began when he decided he no longer wanted to go to school and work on the family farm. Then he worked as a heavy equipment operator and later back as a farm laborer.

Yvonne Falcon Bernard (née: Anderson) left us to be with her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, on Wednesday, March 19th, 2025.  Born in Kingston, Jamaica, on December 24th, 1939, “Pinky,” as she was called by those closest to her in her early days, lost her mom before she was 2 years old.  However, she grew up under the care of a loving grandmother, “Mama,” and aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Later, she met her “Chinese” sisters and brother of whom she was very proud.

The Funeral Service for the late Kim Anderson of Shaunavon will be held on Saturday, March 29th at 2:00 p.m. from Salem Lutheran Church in Shaunavon with Pastor Logan Klassen and Pastor Joy Frenette officiating. Interment for the late Kim Anderson will take place at Hillcrest Cemetery at Shaunavon. Binkley’s Funeral Service of Shaunavon is in charge of the arrangements. Wilma Unger, 89, of Landmark passed away Friday, March 21st at Bethesda Regional Health Centre. She is survived by 4 daughters and their families. She was predeceased by her husband Arthur John Unger. 
A memorial service for Wilma Unger will be held Tuesday, March 25th at 2pm at Birchwood Funeral Chapel with burial at Prairie Rose EMC Cemetery.
