Robert “Bob” Osadchuk

1936-2024

Robert Eugene Osadchuk lovingly known as “Bob”, passed away on November 10, 2024 at the age of 88 years. Born on October 17, 1936, Bob leaves behind a legacy of hard work, humor, and a heartfelt dedication to his family.

As per his wishes, a private family service will be held in his honor.

Funeral For:  George Bartsch 
Funeral Date: November 15, 2024 
George Bartsch, 92, of Gladstone formerly of Austin and McCreary, passed away Monday, November 11th at Gladstone. He is survived by his wife, 2 daughters, 1 son, and their families. He was predeceased by 1 son, 3 sisters, and 3 brothers. 
The funeral service for George Bartsch will be held Friday, November 15th at 1pm at Clarke’s Funeral Home, Gladstone with burial at Ausin Sommerfeld Cemetery.  
Viewing will be at the chapel one hour prior to the service. 

Andrew Eugene Bourassa

January 4, 1951 - November 11, 2024

It is with great sadness, that we announce the passing of our beloved Andrew ‘Andy’ Bourassa on November 11, 2024, at the age of 73.

The Celebration of Life for Andrew will be announced at a later date.

In Loving Memory of Clinton Woolsey, 82, who passed away on November 12, 2024.  He was born on September 12, 1942, to Edith and Horace Woolsey in Penzance, Saskatchewan.  He worked for a bank in various locations around Saskatchewan.  It was while working in Leask he met Carol Dobson and they married on August 7,1965 and after living in Watrous and Foam Lake, they settled back on the farm in Penzance, Saskatchewan.  There they raised three children and were active members of the community, contributing to the various events including sports days, theatre nights and curling bonspiels.  

Jim Rumancik

In sadness we announce the sudden death of Jim Rumancik at his home on November 12, 2024, at the age of 70 years.

MATERI 

Irmgard Materi, of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away on November 10, 2024, at 83 years of age.  Irma, as she was called in Canada, was born on June 11, 1941, to Johann and Margarete Wagner in Germany.  She married Joseph Materi on February 11, 1961, and resided in Moose Jaw until her passing.  Irma loved the forest and nature. She lived life to the fullest, with the good, the bad, the best and the worst that could possibly be.  She always came through with a joke or a smile.  If Irma couldn’t make a child smile, nobody could. 

George Goudy
1937 - 2024

George Elgin Goudy, late of Stoughton, Sask., passed away at New Hope Pioneer Lodge in Stoughton on November 10, 2024 at the age of 87.

A celebration of George's life will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at the Stoughton Apostolic Church, Stoughton, Sask. A luncheon will follow in the church hall, after which a family interment will take place at the Stoughton Town Cemetery.

Those wishing to pay tribute to George via a donation in his memory may do so to a charity of choice.

Sylvia Assunta Oszust
1945-2024

Sylvia Oszust, late of Estevan, SK passed away with family by her side on Sunday, November 10, 2024 at the Estevan Regional Nursing Home, Estevan, SK at the age of 79 years.

A Celebration of Sylvia’s Life will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Hall Funeral Services, Estevan, SK with Shirley Petterson officiating.  A Private interment will take place at the Estevan City Cemetery Columbarium. Please join the family for lunch at the Royal Canadian Legion, Estevan branch following the service.

Pauline Louise Maria Hoff, late of Weyburn, SK, passed away on November 12, 2024 at the age of 89 years. A Private Family Interment will be held at the Stoughton Cemetery, Stoughton, SK. A Celebration of Pauline’s Life will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. from the Weyburn Royal Canadian Legion, 150 ~ 3rd Street, Weyburn, SK.
