Funeral Date: At a later date 
Katharina Tina Toews nee Dueck, 100, of Altona formerly of New Hope, passed away Wednesday, November 13th at Eastview Place. She is survived by 1 daughter, 1 son, and their families. She was predeceased by her husband Ben H. Toews. 
Private interment will be held at Altona Cemetery at a later date. 
Viewing will be at Wiebe Funeral Home, Altona Saturday, November 16th from 1 to 7pm.

Funeral For:  Esther Paetkau
Funeral Date: November 18, 2024 
Esther Paetkau, 76, of Winkler formerly of Morris, passed away Tuesday, November 12th at Boundary Trails Health Centre. She is survived by her husband Vic, 3 sons, and their families.  
The funeral service for Esther Paetkau will be held Monday, November 18th at 2pm at Morris Emmanuel Baptist Church with private family burial prior to the service at Lowe Farm Cemetery. 
Viewing will be held at Morris Funeral Home Friday, November 15th and Saturday, November 16th from noon to 7pm. 

Funeral For:  Katie Arseny 
Funeral Date: November 18, 2024 
Katie Arseny, 101, of Emerson formerly of Tolstoi, passed away Sunday, November 10th at Emerson Personal Care Home. She is survived by her daughter Audrey Burgess (husband Ralph) grandson Tyler from Calgary, son Wayne (partner Bev DeMontigny) from Emerson; grandchildren Cara, Braeden, Tatiana , & great-granddaughter Olivia. She was predeceased by John & Hafia Prokipchuk from Vita, 5 brothers 4 sisters.

It is with sadness the family of Irene Joan Gaudaur of Moose Jaw passed away at the age of 94. Irene grew up during WWII, in England and was an evacuee of the war.

Lorne Frederick Rutten
1937-2024

The family wishes to announce that Lorne Rutten, late of Carlyle, SK passed away at the Arcola Health Centre on Thursday, November 7, 2024 at the age of 86 years.

Cremation has taken place and a Private Graveside service will be held at a later date at Wordsworth Cemetery.

Harry Kamp
1952-2024

With great sorrow the family wishes to announce that Harry “Tiny” Kamp, late of Carlyle, SK passed away at the Moose Mountain Lodge, Carlyle, SK on Friday, November 8, 2024 at the age of 72 years.

Funeral Mass will be held at the Roman Catholic Church of Our Lady, Carlyle, SK on Friday, November 22, 204 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Christopher Juchacz, o.f.s. V.F. presiding.  Interment will follow at St. Joseph’s R.C. Cemetery, Manor, SK.

With sadness we announce the passing of Ernest “Ernie” Lasson at the Health Sciences Centre on November 5, 2024 at the age of 77 years.

Anne Curtis (nee Andruski)
February 7, 1934 -November 8, 2024

Peacefully on November 8, 2024, Anne Curtis earned her wings and went to be with the Lord, at the age of 90 years.

Mom was born in North Ridge and grew up there, moving to Portage at a young age. She spent her younger life living and working in Winnipeg. She raised her family in Oakville and Portage.
