WIDENMAIER

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Sheila Donna Widenmaier on May 22, 2025, at The Dr. F.H. Wigmore hospital with family by her side. Donna worked as a caregiver at Extendicare for many years and enjoyed travelling until her health would not allow. 

FULFORD

Francis Bruce Fulford of Moose Jaw, SK., passed away on Friday, May 23, 2025, at 81 years of age. Francis was born on June 15, 1943, in Ottawa Ontario to parents George Fulford (deceased 1988) and Ghislaine Fulford (Nee Labonte, deceased 1989). He had three siblings– Doreen Doede (deceased 2010), Celine Fulford (Kerry), Marc Fulford (Carol).

The Funeral Service for the late Rita Keith will take place on Friday, May 30, 2025 at 2:00 pm from the Cadillac Town Hall in Cadillac, SK with Deacon David Hagel officiating.

The Interment Service for Mrs. Keith will take place from the Frenchville Cemetery, Admiral, SK on Friday, May 30, 2025 at 11:00AM.

In memory of Rita, donations made to the Cadillac Town Hall would be appreciated by the family.

Lowell Charles Sheppard
1939 - 2025

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a beloved husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, Lowell Charles Sheppard, on May 26, 2025, in Edmonton, AB. 

A celebration of Lowell's life will take place in Estevan at a later date with details to be determined.

Dorothy Brown
1929 - 2025

With sadness, but also with gratitude for a long life's worth of memories, Dorothy's family announces her passing at Moose Mountain Lodge, Carlyle, Sask. on May 21, 2025, aged 96.

A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the Moose Creek Cemetery. All are welcome to attend.

Victor Sawatzky, 85, of Winnipeg passed away Wednesday, May 21st at St. Boniface Hospital. He is survived by his wife Linda, 1 daughter, 2 sons, and their families. He was predeceased by 2 infant grandsons. 
The funeral service for Victor Sawatzky will be held Wednesday, June 4th at 11am at Sargent Avenue Mennonite Church, 926 Garfield Street. 
Donations may be made to MCC – Ukraine Relief.

Myrna L. Biberdorf
1947 – 2025

Miss Myrna Lorrinda Biberdorf passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospital on Saturday, May 24, 2025 at the age of 78 years.
The Memorial Service for Myrna will be held on Friday, May 30, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Frobisher, SK with Rev. Greg Heidorn officiating. The interment will take place following the service at Frobisher Resthaven Cemetery where she will be laid to rest with her parents.

Wesley M. Armstrong
1956 – 2025

Wesley Armstrong, late of Stoughton, SK passed away on Monday, May 26, 2025 at the Regina General Hospital at the age of 68 years.
The Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. at Wesley’s home (404 Stanley Street, Stoughton, SK). Please bring your lawn chair if you wish to attend.

June 24, 1953 - May 26, 2025

Dan Nephin took his final flight on May 26th, surrounded by his whole family just like another holiday meal at Grandma’s house. He was coming up on his 72nd birthday, and his 50th wedding anniversary with his wife, Michele.
