24 teams compete at St. Labre 200
The annual St. Labre 200 takes place this weekend and competitors have 24 hours to build a go-kart before the races begin on Saturday.

Steinbach Farmers Market is back all summer long
It is finally farmers market season and Steinbach and District Farmers Market had their first market of July yesterday.
Around 20 vendors came to sell their homemade goods to the community including vegetables, jams, candles, jewelry, clothing, accessories, bread, and so much more.

The event starts on Friday when racers receive their kits and have 24 hours to build their go-karts.

The rain does not stop MHV's Canada Day celebration
The weather may not have been ideal, but it didn’t stop the Mennonite Heritage Village (MHV) from continuing their celebration.
Robert Goertzen, Interim Executive Director and Program Manager at MHV discusses the event.
“Canada Day is usually our biggest event of the year,” he says. “It’s a free admission day so the community comes out and enjoys the many activities.”
