Donavon Henrion and Tanner Allemand have been friends for a pretty long time. “Best friends forever,” in Henrion’s words. 

“He breeds and raises bucking bulls, and he’s a bull rider,” he continues. “And I have MS. We've always wanted to put on bull riding, so we kind of just put two and two together.”

Skyline Fruits, formerly Western Fruit Truck, has been operating in Swift Current for 37 seasons now, currently owned by Eric Lautsch. This is his third season as the owner, and he’s proud to be carrying on the Fruit Stand’s legacy:

Now located in the North Side Medical Clinic building, the staff are looking forward to serving their clients better.

“We’re the first line of contact for patients,” says Chalane Baker, Pharmacy Manager. “So we’re excited to be working alongside physicians again. It’s the best place to provide patient care.”

Rexall has been without in-clinic physicians since 2016, which has created barriers to patient care and awareness of Rexall’s location.

CMX Outdoors hosted their Customer Appreciation Day BBQ on June 6th. They host this event every year, giving back to their customers and community with delicious food and a safe space to get together and celebrate Swift Current. 

But for CMX, it isn’t just about customer appreciation. They strive to give back to the community in a bigger way. 

It was back in 1933 that Modern Meat & Abattoir began serving Humboldt, SK and the surrounding area with local products and quality cuts. A lot has changed in those 90+ years, but the business’s commitment to providing the region with premium meat and a high standard of customer service remains as strong as ever.

You spend countless hours out on the field. Land prep. Seeding. Fertilizing. Harvest. When you’re ready to get to work, the last thing you want to do is stand by your slip tank for hours refuelling your equipment.  

Thankfully, Regan Bradford, president of Fifty North, found a creative solution: refurbished airport fuel trucks. 

With a capacity anywhere between 4500L and 22000L, it’s easy to move your dyed diesel or gasoline wherever you need to, so you can refuel on the spot and get back to work.
