Southeast Advocates is inviting the community to celebrate food, culture, and diversity at the first-ever Taste of the Nations event in Estevan. The event takes place Friday, Oct. 10, 2025, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Southeast College’s Estevan Campus.
Grotto Theater Ministries invites community to outdoor play in St. Malo
A theatre group in southern Manitoba is inviting the public to partake and enjoy their upcoming play called 'Our Lady's Legacy.'
"Grotto Theater Ministries is a beautiful Christian theater group," says founder Miranda Hutlet. "We are all run entirely by volunteers and we're based in the beautiful grotto of St. Malo."
Hutlet started the ministry in 2023. Previously, she had written and directed Passion Plays since she was 17.
Reading for a cause: CMHA Weyburn to host book sale

WeyStrong opens registration, sponsorship for second annual survivors retreat
WeyStrong is holding their second annual All-Day Survivor Retreat this October and registration is now open for any women who has experienced a cancer diagnosis in their life.
Committee member with the WeyStrong initative, Lisa Vick, says the event will allow cancer survivors to gather and find community within their shared experiences. She explains the event is based off the success they saw at the first annual retreat held last year.

'A new life': Community worship service invites people to receive Christ
Over 300 people were in attendance for the Community Worship Service at the Morden Corn and Apple Festival on Sunday morning, in Downtown Morden.
The Morden Corn and Apple Festival has a long history spanning five decades, celebrating community.
The service was hosted by the Morden Christian Programs Committee, and the worship band was comprised of members from seven local congregations.

Country 100's Courtney Fielder and Avery LeBlanc and Mix 103's Calum McAnally crashed the Andrews party to deliver the grand prize.
