Classic car show rolling into Mennonite Heritage Village this weekend

The Mennonite Heritage Village (MHV) is set to welcome a nostalgic addition to its historical Main Street this weekend as the Country Classics Car Club comes to the village for its annual car show.

Robert Goertzen, executive director of MHV, says the partnership is a natural fit.

"The car club is preserving history with these vehicles as well, so there's a lot of ways that we have similar goals," he says.

I was talking about daylight earlier today. For the first time in about 6 weeks, I had to turn a light on to see my keys and take them off the hook and lock the deadbolt on my way out of the house this morning. The days are getting shorter and that makes me sad.

An Airdrie woman’s backyard finch cam has officially gone live, and the timing couldn’t be better — the babies have hatched.

The livestream was launched after a successful push for followers on YouTube was reported by DiscoverAirdrie, which the organizer had to meet the platform’s subscriber requirements to allow live video. The creator Erica DeHeer shared her thanks to Airdrie residents.
