Brandon Lake made a special appearance during a recent episode of American Idol. 

Two contestants, Rylie and Breanna, sang a duet version of Lake's single "Gratitude."

Jelly Roll, the artist in residence for this season of American Idol, interrupted the judges to make a video call to Lake. 

A 17-year-old singer who recently auditioned on American Idol is using the platform to put God front and centre. 

Canaan James Hill, a content creator who graduated early from high school, says he is currently in preaching.

"I want to go forth with my gift and do what God has called and chosen me to do," said Hill

For his audition, he sang Earnest Pugh's "I Need Your Glory."

The health of a former reality TV star continues to "not be good."

Jase recently shared in Unashamed With the Robertson Family that the approach for his father's condition is to "make him as comfortable as possible." 

Ben Fuller has teamed up with a powerhouse singer in his latest collaboration.

The popular has partnered up with Carrie Underwood to release a new single, "If It Was Up To Me."

Worship leader and songwriter Jon Reddick has given an update on his wife's health. 

Late last month, he announced that his wife, Rebecca, was diagnosed with early-onset colon cancer.

"The diagnosis is positive as it was hopefully detected early enough," said Reddick when the discovery was made. "This is a deeply personal diagnosis as Rebecca lost her dad to colon cancer at this same age, so as you can imagine, we are extremely grateful for this early diagnosis and surgery."

Christian artist Lecrae recently sat down with industry giant Will Smith to talk about his rise and fall in Hollywood, as well as his faith. 

"There's this image on the internet, and it's a little girl holding a little bear," says Smith. "It's like Jesus standing over her with a big bear behind his back. But she can't see the big bear, so she's clinging to the little bear, not trusting that if you let go of the little bear, you'll get the big one. There's a trust of God, of source, there's a trust of the truth, that you got to let go of the little bear."

Backstreet Boy Brian Littrell's son, Baylee, has caught the music bug.

The father of a 17-year-old track star who was fatally injured by another youth has forgiven the attacker. 

The incident happened Wednesday morning at a high school track meet in Dallas.

Frinco police said in a release that an altercation between two students resulted in one student stabbing the other. They say, despite lifesaving measures by bystanders, including his twin brother, police and fire personnel, the youth died.

A 17-year-old was arrested and has been charged with first-degree murder.
