Ag in Motion showcases the latest advancements in agricultural technology and equipment, and brings together farmers, industry leaders and ag experts from across Canada. 

The show takes place every July near Langham, Saskatchewan, and is Western Canada’s largest outdoor farm expo. Find out more information about this three-day farm show here or visit the Ag in Motion news feed on The Western Producer's website.

Whether it’s your first time or you’re a seasoned visitor, here are 10 must-know tips to help you make the most of your visit. 

1. What are the dates and hours of the farm show?

Ag in Motion takes place Tuesday, July 15 to Thursday, July 17, 2025, and is open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Plan to arrive early each day as there’s a lot to see across the massive show site that you won’t want to miss. With so much to explore at Ag in Motion over three days, it’s worth coming more than once and starting early to catch all the demos, test drives and machinery. 

2. Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets are available online in advance or can be purchased at the gate. Buying ahead of time saves you time and gets you through the gates faster. Tickets are $25 per person per day and children 12 and under are free. 

3. Where do I park at Ag in Motion?

Parking is free and located on the south side of the tradeshow with signage directing traffic as you approach the showgrounds near Langham. Accessible parking and shuttle drop-offs are available. Be sure to follow the designated routes marked on the event map.

4. What should I bring to the show?

Dress for the weather as this show goes ahead rain or shine. A sun hat, sunscreen, rain jacket and sturdy walking shoes are must-haves. A reusable water bottle is essential as Ag in Motion has several water filling stations on site. A backpack or tote will help you to carry all the brochures, swag and samples you may pick up.

5. How will I find my way around Ag in Motion?

Download the Ag in Motion mobile app or grab a printed map when you arrive. The app includes exhibitor listings, demonstration schedules, food locations, shuttle routes and more to help you plan your day and get where you need to go.

6. How do I get around the show?

The show site is over 100 acres of outdoor space with field demos, livestock displays and hundreds of exhibitors. While it is walkable, there are tractor-pulled people movers available to shuttle visitors between zones, parking and field demonstration areas. Shuttle stops are clearly marked throughout the grounds.

7. Where can I find my favourite companies at Ag in Motion?

With hundreds of exhibitors showcasing equipment, technology, seeds and more, the easiest way to locate your must-see booths is through the mobile app or the searchable exhibitor list online. With the app, visitors can plan out their own schedules in advance to make sure they don’t miss any of the action.

8. What food is available at Ag in Motion?

From hearty farm favourites like burgers and perogies to fresh lemonade and ice cream, there are lots of food trucks and vendors onsite. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are all available, and there are plenty of shaded areas and picnic tables for a break.

9. When I am visiting, where can I stay?

Langham and nearby Saskatoon offer hotel, motel and campground options. Accommodations fill up quickly, so it’s best to book early. The Ag in Motion website provides a list of recommended places to stay within a reasonable driving distance.
