Providence University’s High School Athlete of the Month - Stellan Chammartin

Balancing rigorous academics and a whirlwind basketball schedule, one Manitoban student's story is one of dedication, passion, and faith.

"Basketball for me started at the age of four years old," says Chammartin, who attends École Gabrielle-Roy in Ile de Chenes, Man. "I was largely influenced by my dad and brother, who also picked up the sport. Ever since then, I fell in love with the game."

Chammartin plays basketball during the school year for his highschool team, as well as club basketball with Ignite Canada Basketball.
