It is with great sadness that the family of Isabelle (nee Magus) Basset, 102 years, of Cudworth Nursing Home, announce her passing on Saturday, July 20, 2024. Isabelle was born on October 13, 1921 in Vonda, SK. She was the youngest child of Mytro and Maria and there were quite a few years between her and her other siblings. Her father passed away when she was still very young. Her mother later married Max Towstego and the family moved to the Peterson area.

It is with very heavy hearts that the family of Stephanie Ann (nee Hoppe) Dosch 35 years of Saskatoon announce her passing on Friday, July 19, 2024.  Stephanie was born on May 11, 1989 to Wayne and Michele (nee Seidel) Hoppe in Humboldt. She obtained all of her education in Bruno.  Stephanie was very athletic and active in a variety of sports.  She received the award for best defenceman in Broomball.

The family of Joy Johnson sadly announce her passing on Monday, July 15, 2024, at the age of 103 years.

Beloved wife of the late Ronald A. Johnson. Her legacy will on through her children, 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren.

There will be a Funeral Service for Joy on Monday, July 29, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. from St. Paul's United Church in Kindersley with The Rev. Piotr Strzelecki officiating.

She will be interred in the Kindersley Cemetery following the service.

Dorothy Pomfret passed away peacefully on Wednesday July 3, 2024, at the Central Parkland Lodge in Lanigan, SK. She was born May 28, 1932, at the Nokomis Hospital. She was the youngest of two daughters of Arthur & Olive Nadiger. Growing up on a farm during the depression was hard work, so she and her sister Helen learned to milk the cows, help with haying, and stooking.
