Providence University College announces Athlete of the Month grand prize winner

The grand prize winner of the Providence High School Student Athlete of the Month is recent high school graduate Giana Denora. 

Denora graduated from Dakota Collegiate in Winnipeg in June and is planning on attending Providence University College and Theological Seminary in Otterburne, MB. 

The avid soccer player was announced as the Athlete of the Month with CHVN in September 2023. Now she's taken home the grand prize which includes a $1,500 scholarship from Providence.

Derian Penziwol, branch manager at Sunrise Credit Union in Boissevain, loves his job. He is committed to the community and has a passion for the Credit Union system. These attributes have contributed to his quick growth within Sunrise and continue to positively impact his branch.

Derian joined the team at Sunrise Credit Union just four years ago as a loans officer in Ste. Rose. He worked his way up to branch manager before transferring to the Boissevain branch. Penziwol is quick to share what he loves about his workplace and its role within the community.
