Our second annual Charity BBQ is almost here, and you don't want to miss out

We are just under a day away from our second annual Charity BBQ!

104.5 More Country is inviting the community to stop by Strathmore Motor Products on Thursday (Aug. 28), from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for a BBQ lunch prepared by Baldwin BBQ. Meals will be available by donation, with proceeds directed to Project Hope.

The dealership will also host a ride-and-drive event during the BBQ, with every test drive contributing additional support to the local organization.

If you can't make it to this one, consider joining again on Sept. 25.

Jon Strem of the Briercrest area is our August 27th winner of Farmer Appreciation – Harvest Edition!

Jon shares:

"We operate a small family grain farm near Briercrest, Saskatchewan. We primarily grow durum wheat, barley, flax, lentils, peas, and canola. For us, farming is definitely a family affair. We homeschool our kids, and they can often be seen riding around in the combine, trucks, and tractors with us, learning what it takes to grow crops, work as a team, communicate effectively, and problem-solve on the go."
