I just knew it would happen when I saw the flags going up on Moose Jaw's Main Street last week.
People, local people, are upset about the fact we have an American flag, the Star Spangled Banner, blowing in the breeze in our city. These are people who, like most of us, are upset about the fact President Trump is imposing tariffs on Canadian goods.
Many of them soon found out that we're flying the flag to welcome Team USA to the BKT World Men's Curling Championship in Moose Jaw.
Vote for your favourite movie at Chestermere’s upcoming film night
Chestermere residents can have their say about which movie they want to watch at an upcoming film night.
Choices include Moana 2, Mufasa: The Lion King, Inside Out 2, and Wicked.
The event will be hosted at John Peake Park on May 3, with voting closing on April 9.

One of the most popular sports in the region, baseball and softball are preparing to kick off with a couple programs, according to Portage la Prairie's Umpire in Chief, Trent Lepine. He notes that whether your child is new to baseball, or a seasoned veteran, there will be something for them in the region.
