Accident slows down traffic at the Belle Plaine overpass
If you travel from Regina to Moose Jaw this afternoon, you may experience delays along Highway 1 westbound at the Belle Plaine overpass due to an accident.
Reports into Discover Moose Jaw from the scene describe the accident as a rollover.
According to the Saskatchewan Highway Hotline, the highway remains open but one lane is closed to allow emergency crews to attend to the scene.
At this time, it's unclear if there are any injuries.

10 tickets issued in school zones since ‘grace period’ ended
It’s been more than a month since the ‘grace period’ ended for the new 30 k/h school zones in Moose Jaw.
Jay-D Haughton, public information and strategic communication manager with the Moose Jaw Police Service, spoke about how drivers have been adjusting.
“From Sept. 3 when the enforcement period started from the Moose Jaw Police Service, up until today [Oct. 15], we have issued 10 tickets. That’s combined with the municipal traffic and the provincial traffic offence.”

Community Clean Up Day rescheduled for this Saturday
The City of Moose Jaw’s Community Clean Up has been rescheduled to take place this Saturday.
The original clean up day was scheduled to take place on Oct. 5, but was postponed due to extremely high wind speeds.
