A mega church pastor from Tulsa, Oklahoma has released a new book discussing the mental health crisis happening in churches all over the world.

"Depression, anxiety, and emotional trauma are on the rise, even more so after the painful few years we’ve all been through," said Daugherty.

A new documentary series called Jonathan & Jesus is giving audiences a glimpse at the impact the role of Jesus Christ has on the actor as well as millions of people around the world. 

Award-winning duo for King & Country recently joined forces with Melodic Caring Project to put on a special show for kids in hospital care over the holidays. 

On Dec. 22, the band live-streamed their concert from the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tennessee, giving shout-outs to nine special fans across the U.S.

“Something really beautiful happened at the show. They couldn’t be there in person with us, so we were honoured to stream the show to them to send them some love and encouragement,” said for King & Country.

A 27-year-old man from Indiana is happy to be alive after being trapped in his crashed vehicle for six days.

Indiana State Police say Matt Reum's truck went off Interstate 94 in northwest Indiana ahead of a bridge, missing the guardrail and rolling several times before landing on the other side of the creek, out of sight from the road above. 

It wasn't until six days later that he was discovered by two fishermen who happened to spot his crumpled vehicle. 

A young Christian singer who used the stage of America's Got Talent (AGT) to share her story and inspire millions is being remembered in a special way. 

Jane Marczewski, whose stage name was Nightbirde, passed away in Feb 2022 after a battle with cancer. Marczewski was given just a two percent chance of survival, but that didn't stop her from pushing forward.

"I have a two percent chance of survival, but two percent is not zero percent. Two percent is something, and I wish people knew how amazing it is." 

A pastor from Arizona who was shot in the head while street preaching is now awake and has been moved out of the ICU. 

26-year-old Hans Schmidt was promoting Victory Chapel First Phoenix Church on a street corner on Nov. 15, 2023, when the shooting occurred. 

Schmidt, a former military combat medic, husband and father to two young children, was in critical condition, and his church said he was in desperate need of a miracle. 

About two weeks ago, his wife, Zulya Schmidt, posted a photo of Hans awake in his hospital bed, surrounded by his family.

The Chosen Season four will be hitting Grande Prairie this February.

For the first time, all episodes of the show will debut exclusively in theatres.  

The theatrical rollout of Season 4 will begin with a two-week run of Episodes 1-3 on February 1, 2024.  

This will be followed by Episodes 4-6, which will hit theatres on February 15.  

Episodes 7-8 will begin February 29 in the U.S. and Canada. 

The Grande Prairie Cineplex will be showing The Chosen: Feb 1-4 (episodes 1-3) – 6pm nightly.

Matthew West fans are sure to be excited. The award-winning singer-songwriter released 'Don't Stop Praying.'

"Every year I land on a personal theme that becomes a mission statement for my own faith journey. This year’s theme is don’t stop praying. We’ve all been to a place where discouragement can make us wonder if God really hears our prayers. I wrote this song for anybody who’s ever felt like giving up or losing their faith," West shared on social media. 

Singer and songwriter, Cory Asbury performed for some special people this summer.

He was invited to put on a show at the Rutherford County Correctional Work Center in Tennessee.

The goal of the Correctional Work Center is to provide inmates with the opportunity to re-enter society with the skills necessary to lead a law-abiding, productive life and to be better prepared to transition back into the community without sacrificing public safety.

Late last month, Asbury posted a video of this performance.

Singer and songwriter Katy Nichole has released a new single.

The song, 'My God Can,' features 5x Grammy-winner Naomi Raine and is based on Philippians 4:13.

"I want to remind you that even when you don't feel strong, God is strong. His strength never fails," said Katy in a post on Instagram. "There is nothing impossible with God. He will go before you and exceed every expectation you've ever had."
